First time in its tradition, the AIRMON conference took place in Germany. The Institut für Arbeitsschutz der DGUV (IFA) organized and hosted the event in Dresden at DGUV’s congress centre. 160 participants from 18 countries took the advantage of exchanging knowledge on current issues of exposure assessment, sampling and measurement, biological monitoring and a lot more. Submitted manuscripts will be published in October 2017 in a special edition of the journal “Gefahrstoffe Reinhaltung der Luft (Air Quality Control)”.
The next AIRMON will take place in 2020.
