What has the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic been on workers across Europe, and what implications does it have for the field of occupational health and safety?

At this online launch of the 24th issue of the ETUI’s health and safety magazine, HesaMag, a panel of speakers will bring their different perspectives to various key aspects of this pressing issue.

  • Marian Schaapman, head of the ETUI’s health and safety unit, on the crucial connection between OSH and public health
  • Laurent Vogel, associate researcher in health and safety at the ETUI and former editor of HesaMag, on vaccination as a public policy issue
  • Labour sociologist Fabienne Scandella on the rise of the ‘resilient’ teleworker
  • Journalist Fanny Malinen on the more complicated picture behind Finland’s pandemic ‘success story’

Host: Paula Franklin, senior researcher in health and safety (ETUI) and coordinator of this issue of HesaMag

The event will be in English and French. Interpretation will be provided for both languages.
