This session, spearheaded by Steffen Bohni Nielsen, vice chair from the Partnership for European Research in Occupational Safety and Health (PEROSH), promises to offer invaluable insights into the diverse landscape of OSH research.

The session will delve into the intricate tapestry of OSH research infrastructure across various countries and the significance of international collaboration in addressing pressing OSH issues. Highlighting the collaboration between the Sheffield Group and PEROSH, the session aims to unveil the findings of a comprehensive survey of European national OSH research institutions. This survey covers crucial aspects such as governance models, research priorities, outputs, and dissemination efforts.

1. Andrew Curran (Health and Safety Executive, UK):
Mr. Curran will elucidate the role of the Sheffield Group in fostering global OSH research activities, tracing its evolution from its inception in 1988 to its current stature as a pivotal global network.

2. Noortje Wiezer (TNO, Netherlands):
Ms. Wiezer will shed light on innovative approaches to addressing mental health in the Netherlands, showcasing TNO’s research initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and performance.

3. Nader Ahmadi (Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise):
