The Covid-19 health crisis seriously affected work organisation, a trend which may continue for quite some time as businesses adapt to the economic and social consequences of the crisis. The INRS Prospective Department and the French think tank Futuribles International have led a foresight study involving different partners on possible changes in work organizations over the next five years.

A first article describes four possible scenarios of transformations and four strategic lines of thought for companies, resulting from this foresight exercise. In addition, INRS launched work on the subsequent occupational safety and health challenges, the results of which will be presented in a second article to be published in 2021.

The first article (in French) is available here.
