On 19-22 September 2021, Canada will organize the 22nd meeting of the World Congress on Safety and Health at Work in Toronto.
The theme of the congress is ‘Prevention in the Connected Age: global solutions to achieve safe and health work for all’. They hope to highlight the power of diversity and how different cultures and backgrounds can come together to overcome challenges.
Canada will kick off their hosting duties 5-6 October of 2020 with a special virtual session tackling one of the most urgent issues affecting the world: COVID-19. This virtual live event brings together international thought leaders to examine COVID-19 and occupational safety and health, and the role prevention is playing in shaping the future world of work in light of the pandemic.
