The Ageing@Work project aims to help ageing workers of the modern industry to maintain productivity and workability for longer, while achieving a balance between work and personal life, through an advanced platform of digital tools.
United by this vision, 13 organizations have joined their forces in order to support ageing workers by designing fit-for-purpose work environments and by assisting them to manage their working needs in a flexible way.
The tools will be pilot tested in the context of use case scenarios in real life environments and with the participation of actual users from factory and mining sites. By achieving the envisaged project results, the Ageing@Work platform is expected to become a key solution towards a win-win for employers and employees, fostering at the same time a series of wider socio-economic benefits!
