A humane work life means that employees feel well and better results are achieved. The Mental Health Toolkit provided by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health allows work communities to build a humane work culture that promotes mental well-being. The tools provide a basis for the promotion and maintenance of mental work ability. The digital tools are free of charge and validated by research.
The Mental Health Toolkit is particularly suitable for ensuring the prerequisites for good work and solving problems as part of the daily life of a work community. They can be used for example as part of monthly meetings or after workplace surveys.
The tools can be used for assessment of job burnout risk, development of work ability management, recovery of the work community’s resilience or for formulating your own overview of your well-being at work, and for many other situations.
The Mental Health Toolkit project is part of The Mental Health at Work Programme in Finland. The project is funded by Finland’s Sustainable Growth Programme through the European Union’s one-time recovery tool (Next Generation EU) via the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. The project will continue until April 2026.
