The Nano-AM OSH Training project “Training on emerging risks in Research & Development and production of new and advanced materials and nanomaterials: providing systematic approaches to deal with uncertainties” is promoted by PEROSH to develop guidances for harmonized training modules targeting workers involved in manufacturing, handling, and processing of nanomaterials and advanced materials (AM).

The Project is coordinated by INAIL (Italy) in cooperation with other PEROSH members Institutes such as INSST (Spain), NFA (Denmark), STAMI (Norway), and TNO (The Netherlands). The partnership includes other European organizations such as the Italian Industrial Association (AIRI – Italy), the Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC – Belgium), the Nanotechnologies Industries Association (NIA), Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa (SNS – Italy), Tyndall National Institute (Ireland) and the EU H2020 Gov4Nano Project Consortium (www.gov4nano.eu).
